Did a very loose set of benching yesterday and didn't even post it.
135 x10 x 3 sets

I decided today is going to be an actual heavy work day since my shoulder is feeling much better.

Bench:

135 x 10
205 x 5
225 x 5 ( first few were fast, last one was a push)
225 x 7 (pushed the last two)
205 x 10

Shoulder felt ok after these sets, just a little bit tight.
