Been away a while. Finally got things finished "for now" on the house. I was just now able to put the weights together in the basement. It's gonna be great to lift in warm weather and not the cold.
I found out that i'm going to be a dad again. My wife is due in Aug. That means I have 3-4 months to lift and then start on another baby room! But i'm really happy. Just not about doing more work. LOL.
Well here's the first workout.

BENCH
135X10--6 SETS
35LBS CURLS- 10X5 SETS
BENCH OVER CURLS/ROWS--75X15X5 SETS
Thats all I could really do. I was hurting after this.
Oh, one more add on to my thoughts. I have also quit smoking. However. My weight is up at 190 now!

Sikes, it's good to have you back. Congrats on your on the baby. As for the smoker's gain, it'll be temporary.
 
We will see. I have made a promsie to my self. Ever day I take a shower- I will walk/run on the treadmill before. This may halp with any weight gain from the non-smoking.
I am doing only very light lifting for the next two weeks to get my body ready for heavy weights.
