Well the 405x2 was really quick and easy. I decided to go for the 455 and couldn't get it up off the floor at all. That stinks. Hey, maybe I hit a wall here! That would be different. LOL Anyway, my lower back feels a little tight after this workout. I'm going to bench tomarrow and them i'm going on vacation until Monday.

I'm going to go to a 10 rep speed set --5 weeks routine. I'm going to find my 10 rep max and then go for 3-4 sets of 10 --speed reps. All standing on 35 lbs plates. During this Routine I will also do 3 singles for speed at 70-75% of my 1RM. Bottom line will be to develope more speed and my CNS.
