Ok, so I guess i'll post all my extra work too! Today was great! The 285x3 was nice and smooth and not that difficult. It's nice to get these PB's. I think I may wait a few weeks to go for another shirted max. I am going to be away from the 15th till the 26th. It will give me a little time off---no gym where i'm going. I'll do some pushups and situps or something. Well that's it.

Comments:
I do a lot of overhead tricep work as well, with a barbell though. It's hard to find an exercise that will give you the same stretch.
 
You could try a curl bar. Hold either narrow or wide and do the curls over your head. I do mine with about 75lbs and I get a great burn.
