225X5
275X5 WB--wraps & Belt
315x5 WB----PB
245x10
245x10
135x10--close stance
135x10 --very wide stance

I really didn't feel like lifting today, but it went well. The 315x5 was quick, but the last rep was a little hard. I think I may throw in a 3 rep max next time I squat. The 245x10 sets flew up! Also did leg curls--Hamstring curls---and some sit ups. I just wanted to get this workout done with. Long weekend of work. I felt slugish during the workout.

Yeah, i'm looking at July 15th right now.
WNPF in NJ Then maybe Sep--Oct and Dec are the others. I'm just trying to get my base strong and just work on getting better form in all my lifts. Right now I feel best in Bench then dead and last is the squat. I have only really done push/pulls. Never squat in comp. I think I could get something like S330 B315 D425 Right now. By July I would like to see those #'s go to S 400 B340 D460 =1200 total. I have no plans on moving up in weight--Stay at 181.
 
Great work on the squat, Lou. Are you now becoming more comfortable with them, and what have you changed to help them along?
