Curls 70x10x4 sets
incline dumb bells 35x15x3 sets
overhead dumb bell-tri 25x3 sets
lat pull downs 3sets 20 reps weight was 135 I think
NOTE: I'm starting to get my overall strength back to what it was--I figure i'm at about 80-85% of what I used to be. The 225x7 felt really good. If I had a spotter -I may have seen 8, but there is always friday. My arms are like jello today. I love this shit! Tomarrow is Squat--I hate that lift. LOL

my 10 months--or a year. I really can't remember. I think i'm gonna try to compete in may or june. Got to wait and see how my lifts go.
 
That is some good work on the bench. Ain't muscle memory a great thing?

When will you start handling weights closer to 300 in preparation for your meet? And what are you doing about that pesky squat?
 
I'll start going up toward the 300 after I start hitting the 265-275 range raw. I like to be in top shape and have my form down, before I start lifting the bigger weights (for me). I figure in about 3-4 weeks I may put my bench shirt on and do some three rep max's. Well see how things go. Like I said the squat just has to start coming together more. My right knee just doesn't like to squat.
